The Quadruple Room offered a decent amount of space for a family, making it feel less cramped during our stay. Comfortable mattresses provided a good night's sleep, crucial after a day of exploring.
There’s only one shared bathroom for multiple rooms which can be a nuisance, especially crowded in the morning. The building's access system is a real pain, requiring multiple attempts to gain entry or exit, which added frustration to our outbound travel plans. You might be stuck waiting around in a hallway trying to figure out the entry codes, which can feel a bit chaotic, especially if you’re in a hurry.

comfortable, comfortable, comfortable
I absolutely loved the perfect location, just a quick walk to the train station! My group enjoyed the spacious rooms with incredibly comfortable beds, making our stay feel cozy. Plus, having a Sainsbury's and a charming coffee shop around the corner was such a bonus for late-night snacks.
do recommend 😊❤️

Had a great stay, beds were super comfy and sweet as location near King's Cross! Just a bit crowded with two king beds and the shared bathroom needed a clean, eh?

The beds were really comfortable, and the neighborhood was buzzing with places to eat. You’ve got Big Chill just a hop away for laid-back vibes, and Nenno Pizza close by for those late-night cravings. Plus, access to the tube made our culinary expeditions a breeze!
Be warned—this place is a tiny London apartment with three shared rooms, not the private setup we expected. The sliding bathroom door being off its hinges made for a bit of an awkward moment, and the owner was MIA when we tried to reach out. Not the safest vibe, especially when you can snag a hotel for the same price.

The stay was primarily to explore attractions like St Paul's Cathedral and Covent Garden, which are within a reasonable walking distance. I appreciated the comfortable beds, which made for a restful night after a long day out. The quick access to the British Library was a pleasant surprise too, perfect for a family looking to soak in some culture.

Perfect location just a short walk to the train station. Spacious rooms made it easy for relaxing. Found the beds really comfortable, which helped after long days exploring London. Having a Sainsbury's around the corner is a huge plus for snacks and essentials. the shared bathroom situation could be frustrating, particularly in the mornings. It could definitely use more frequent cleaning. Noticeable issues like mould in the shower drain took away from the otherwise enjoyable stay. The access system was a bit of a hassle, sometimes requiring multiple attempts to get in or out, which felt chaotic during busy times. Despite these issues, I would consider staying here again for the location and room comfort.

Perfect Location with Cozy Amenities
The location was fantastic, just a quick walk to King's Cross, which made getting around London a breeze. The rooms were quite spacious and the beds exceptionally comfortable for a good night's sleep. Plus, having a laundry facility on-site was incredibly useful during my stay. One downside was the shared bathroom situation—it could definitely use more frequent cleaning to keep it in better shape.
